Provide technical support for dialup, wireless, and dedicated Internet, Private Lines, and telephone service.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have excellent telephone and communication skills,
- Have working knowledge in setting up Internet service,
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and TCP/IP Network configuration,
- Basic knowledge of WLAN/802.11 (WiFi).
