NT and UNIX Network Consulting

 

In addition to Internet connectivity, SawNet can provide full network consulting to your business, thereby providing a complete turn-key solution. Our technicians are experienced in many UNIX networks and all variants of Microsoft Windows networks (Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows 95, Windows 3.x, Windows For Workgroups). We can even help you connect your UNIX and Windows networks. 

Rates: 
     $85/hr. for current SawNet customers 
     $100/hr. for non-SawNet customers 
 

We also offer monthly support contracts. 
 

Examples of our services include: 

     Software configuration/installation of: 

          Windows NT (3.5x and 4.0) 
          Windows 95, Windows 3.x, Windows for Workgroups 
          Linux 
          Solaris 

     Hardware configuration/installation/troubleshooting of: 

          Cisco routers 
          Addtran CSU/DSU 
          ISDN hardware 
          Terminal Servers 
          Switches

Monthly Support Contract 

If you anticipate needing more than occasional help with your network, you can purchase a support contract, which allows for 10 hours of support per month. We will attempt to solve your problems by phone first, but will go to your site when necessary. 

     Rate: 
          Setup Fee: $0 
          Monthly Fee: $500 

     Note: monthly fee is based on a 1-year commitment. 

Custom Programming

SawNet programmers provide specialized programming with a focus on e-commerce and database applications. SawNet works with many web design groups to implement "back end" programming. Please see Example Programs.

HTML Programming: $75/hr.  
CGI Programming: $85/hr.
