SawNet maintains 24 hour x 7 day x 365 day support on our online
systems and are on call for network emergencies.
SawNet strives to provide the highest the level of service to
our customers. We will try to complete normal customer service
requests by the end of each work day if the request is submitted
before 3:00PM Mon-Fri. Otherwise, within 24 hours we will respond
to the request with an anticipated time of completion. We will
also notify the customer by email or phone when the request has
been completed.
SawNet also provides managed service contracts for
mission critical networks and colocated servers.
